Perfect for families, couples, and small groups — with two dogs welcome — this charming retreat blends rustic character with modern comfort.
Inside, guests can relax in the cosy lounge with Smart TV, enjoy meals together in the bright dining space, and make the most of the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two king-size bedrooms and one single room, with modern bathroom facilities across two floors.
Outside, the gardens overlook tranquil woodland, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or evenings around the barbecue. A charming shepherd’s hut adds an extra touch of countryside magic.
East Lodge is an ideal base for relaxing, reconnecting, and exploring the beauty of the Ashton Estate.

The walled garden invites play with giant chess and boules, while the Green Room offers grown-ups snooker, pool, darts, and more, and the Wicket Room welcomes all ages with table tennis, board games, and a cosy toddler area. Outdoors, enjoy cricket, croquet, volleyball, and rounders, or book extra treats such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, and karaoke.Â

East Lodge is located on the edge of the Estate. There is parking outside the property for two cars. Access through the large black gate is possible by driving up close.
Prior to Arrival
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. The property may be ready earlier than the normal 4pm checkin time. Please enquire a couple of days before. When you are circa 20 minutes from the property please call us on 07836207584
Personal Check-In
One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.
