From peaceful woodland walks, bird watching, mini-golf, and den building, to creative corners like the little artist’s studio and themed shepherd huts, there’s something for everyone. The walled garden invites play with giant chess and boules, while the Green Room offers grown-ups snooker, pool, darts, and more, and the Wicket Room welcomes all ages with table tennis, board games, and a cosy toddler area. Outdoors, enjoy cricket, croquet, volleyball, and rounders, or book extra treats such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, and karaoke. Personal Check-In
One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.

The Renaissance Rooms open out onto the former Main House (Ashton Wold House) gardens. The area marked pink on the map below shows the outdoor and garden area for the Renaissance Rooms.
Guests are welcome to use the garden furniture and loungers supplied. A beautiful peaceful spot to relax.
Many parts of the main gardens are in disrepair – guests must not go into these areas and must remain within the pink area. Guests also have the use of your very own hand built traditional Shepherds Hut located in the courtyard.
