A “chocolate box” thatched detached cottage situated next to the Lady Rothschild Dairy. It has a great private garden with views over the woodlands. This cottage is fast becoming a guest favourite due to it’s idyllic location.
One or two well-behaved small / medium sized dogs will be considered – please let us know the breed.

Prior to Arrival
Home Farm Cottage is located near the Lady Rothschild Diary complex set to the side. Use the postcode PE8 5LZ to find the property. Drive in where you see the black and white sign “Lady Rothschild Dairy” – drive to the end. You can either open Home Farm gate and park within the boundary or park in the gravelled communal area.

Personal Check-In
One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.

This cottage most definitely has the best woodland views for spotting all sorts of animals etc.
Unfortunately BBQ’s are not allowed within the boundary of this property but depending on availability you may be able use one of the purpose built BBQ’s across from the Lady Rothschild Dairy (circa 30 metres away)
