The former Estate Office has been refurbished into a comfortable 3 bedroom and sleeps a max. of 6 people. The beautiful encaustic tiles are just some of the original features.

Chapel Manor can be booked with Chapel Farmhouse (there’s an interconnecting door) to sleep larger groups of up to 15 people!

Chapel Manor is located within Ashton Village. As you enter the village you will see a red telephone box on your left. Turn left and then take the immediate next left. The property has a bright blue door – parking is to the right of that door.
Prior to Arrival

Personal Check-In
One of our team members will personally check you into the property, no matter what time it is. They will give you a quick run through on how to use the equipment in the property including heating etc and answer any questions you may have. We live on the Estate and are contactable 24hrs a day in the case of emergencies.

Chapel Manor has a small garden area to the rear of the property but out the front their is a large walled lawn area which guests are welcome to use – or make your way onto the Green to have a picnic. The Green is a public area and does not belong to the pub.
Guests are welcome to use the Cricket Field found at the top of the Estate (PE8 5LF) which has loads of outdoor games including table tennis, badminton, volleyball, football, rounders etc
